STAGES OF THE INVESTMENT PROCESS

BEFORE INVESTING

Hollingsworth International has always considered integrity and transparency to be the basis of any long-term client relationship. We are committed to provide you with investment advice for your individual needs and circumstances. MiFID requires a process where we ask you some questions to reach an understanding of the types of investments that will be suitable for you.

The services we provide are:

  • Investment management
  • Investment advice
  • Buying and selling investments

We will give you  information about our company and our products, costs and charges, so that you can make informed decisions.

DURING AND AFTER INVESTING

Hollingsworth International Financial Services Limited does not offer discretionary management services. This means all investment instructions must therefore be authorised by you.

The tax benefits and treatment of your account will depend on your country of residence or domicle and your personal tax situation.

Once you decide to become a client of Hollingsworth International Financial Services Limited we will provide you with our Terms of Business. 

We will provide you with confirmations and periodic reports on your investments.

Hollingsworth International Financial Services Limited is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority to provide investment services to private clients under the Investment Services Act 1994, and enrolled Insurance Broker under article 13 of the Insurance Intermediaries Act (Cap 487).

ONGOING OBLIGATIONS

As a client of Hollingsworth International Financial Services Limited we are committed to the relationship we have with you. We undertake to conduct business with you in a way which is honest, fair and professional in accordance with your best interests. In line with MiFID, we have in place internal procedures re Conflicts of Interest and the Handling of Complaints.

In addition, a Business Agreement is in place to further safeguard your interests and to establish a custodian of your records in the case of the company ever ceasing to trade in the event of the demise of all Directors.
